i have 94 fo taurus3.8l want to know if cyl heads from a 2000 windstar 3.8l will interchange

you'd need more than the heads, you'd need to use the whole top end, which would also require you to use the ECU and returnless fuel system from the windstar. The Windstar ECU would also have to be reprogrammed to work with your AXODE rather than the AX4N its used to. The benefit of all this mularky would be that you'd have 200 hp.
