Upgrade Help

Aight I'ma try this one last time. Last time I asked for help some person on here wanted to be racial and shit but I'ma try this again anyways. Aight I'm lookin at rebuilding my top end. I have a 95 lude with a h23. Now I'm pricing engine rebuild kits. But heres my problem. I want to bore out the engine and get the best preformance out of it.
What are the specs for this?
I'm lookin to get the most outta my car and In the future it will have a turbo. I'm sayin any info on this and help would be nice as far as whats needed to do this project.

I understand to bore it a machine shop will have to do all that but I need info on specs and parts.
