99 Elantra Window Crank Removal?

I have a 1999 Hyundai Elantra that has a broken door release on the interior. I need to remove the window crank to remove the door panel, but can't get the window crank arm off. Does anyone know how this comes off? Does it come off with that special tool that is used on other vehicles, that pushes the "c" type clip off?

Thanks in Advance

According to Hyundai Webtech (http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/default.asp?recent=7&source=home)it looks like you just use a piece of cloth. Strange, but thats what the picture (http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/iindex.asp?id=10080#_10080) shows.
