Air Selector Knob 1995 Cav

Quick question that I am hoping someone can help me out. Just in the last few months when I select my heat to come out at the floor of the car it doesn't. Instead in comes out high. It use to work. Any ideas on how to fix this problem??

If I have to take the dash off to take the piece out I also need assistance on that. I can never get it off from the upper right(round section).

your door could be stuck somehow and..look in your glovebox to unbolt your airbag thingymajigger.
