Intermittent Wiper problem

alright everytime i turn on my front wipers on Intermittent, the like stop half way and i have to put it on slow or fast and then turn them off when they hit the bottom in order to get them down, and when it's raining steadly it sucks becuse when it's on slow it builds up too much rain and when it's on fast it sqeeks alot so i constantly have to switch it from slow to fast and it gets annoying, so is there a relay that controls the Intermittent Wipers, or is there something wrong with my whole wiper system, i hope it's just a relay or something simple. thanks.

yes there is a wiper relay for the intermittent side which sounds to me is playing up. dont know where it is located but generally they are mounted inside the car.

they have a used one for sale, maybe you could mail them and ask where its location is too
