My 91 Riviera will not start (cut off switch?)

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a cut off switch for the fuel pump?? My 91 buick Riviera will not start, so I am thinking if there is a cut off switch for the fuel pump? it seems like it wants to start but it don't ! so I am thinking it might be the fuel pump or if there is cut off switch it might be that also? well could someone let me know??
