aluminum wheel cleaning

My son recently bought a Camaro with original brushed/textured aluminum wheels. They have stains that regular washing and scrubbing won't penetrate.
Any products or ideas on how to make them look better? Thanks!

have you tried Armour All wheel cleaner? http://www.armorall.com/prodcat/pages/wheelcleaner_2.21.html it always works very well on getting the stains out of mine....

Cuda Dude, My son used the Armor All wheel cleaner you recommended today. After ALOT of scrubbing, the wheel looks much better than before. These wheels have 15 year old serious stains, so no doubt his elbow grease was worth it. One down, three to go!
Thanks for the help! Oz

i'm glad to hear that.... a little bit of that elbow grease and those rims should be looking great in no time.
