Hello and thanks for any help. The car turns over with spark and no fuel pressure. I with key on I have power to the fuse, power to the relay but no power to the pump. The wiring diagram shows fuel control module inline going to the pump. I cannot locate this module. It may be also known as a fuel speed control or pulsator.

if there is no pressure, I would suspect the fuel pump itself. Also a extremely clogged fuel filter would cause this, but if you don't hear the pump prime up, check the fuses, relays, and then the pump itself.

I was able to find the fuel pressure control module that was located in the trunk behind the left passenger seat. The key on power was good through the relay (which was the 97 model 4 prong) and stopping at this fuel preesure control module which on only on SC models. The pump tested good with power jumpered on the harness. The part at the dealer is special order for $256.00 and $131 @ GM Direct.
