they have no replacement U-Joints.
Is it possible you lost the rubber Guibo?
That is a common and no big deal.
If you will need replacemnt shaft, and they need to keep it indexed for ballance since it is balanced as an assembly.
Here is the BAS solution so anything cheaper is good.
Bavarian Autosport remanufactured driveshafts are completely rebuilt. All moving parts are replaced including the center bearing. Universal joints are replaced and are serviceable to allow field replacement, if needed. Driveshafts are then dynamically balanced on state of the art equipment to exceed original factory specifications. Please note: * with Constant Velocity joint at transmission end Without add $100 more.
Part NumberDescriptionPrice759CVDriveshaft - Manual or Automatic Transmission * price includes $100.00 refundable core charge
$799.95

DAYUM....... Well I found one at o'reiley's for 369.99 with a 60 core. guess I will have to get one from a wrecking yard to get me by for a while and see if any of the local driveshaft places can rebuild mine. UGH>>>>> it is the u joint because I loosened the heat shield and pulled it down enough to see the old one, one cap seems to have lost the needle bearings, I also saw that there is no way to grease the original one... just need to get by for about a month
