i hate stupid people

i gotta tell yall what happened the other day when i went to get my oil changed. theres a jiffy lube down the road from where i live. i know one of the guys that work there so i take it down there sometimes. well there was this new guy there who doesnt change the oil but he like washes the windows and vacuums out the car. well after he stalled out my car three times trying to pull it into the bay(then somebody else had to do it), he poped my hood. and you will never guess what he asked me.

he looked at my blue Injen intake and says, "hey man, is that a turbo?". and he was serious. he was also saying that he wanted to put a turbo on his civic. he is a ricer. hes got a 4 door automatic civic, lowered with the stock wheels on it. hes talking about putting a turbo on his car. hell, he doesnt even know what a turbo looks like. i was laughing my ass off when i left there. just thought id let yall in on a laugh

yet another reason why to do my oil myself lol. Thats sad really. I just recently saw a turbo in person (shut up, don't pick on me lol) and I knew it immediately. Was looking under a friends hood the other night, his srt-4. I've seen a lot of pictures of cars with turbos though. I can't believe that guy lol.

Its really amazing though, I come across a lot of people that think the eclipse is like a super power. I've even had guys at gas stations come over and be like damn your car looks good and then start asking about it, etc. then they always think its new and I'm like uh no I just take care of it. Its black and unlike most I wash my car weekly and shit. I hate dirty cars. But it just amazes me how often I get stuff from people thinking that its just this extremely fast, powerful car. Sure if I dropped like $8,000 into it it'd be pretty awesome. But right now everything is still stock...

yea I was in riding around when I first got my car and some guy was doing that same shit asking me and saying how nice my car was ... I was like damn it isn't a porsche lol .... but I live in a town thats in the boonies so any type of "sports" car people freak out ..... when I had my mazda mx-6 had it riced out and everybody was going nutz over it and it was a piece of shit lol

lol ya. Where I live, the city is weird. Most is ghetto, a lot of white trash (not trying to like put people down but its true) and then there's a street where the houses all run over one mil. So most of the cars right around here are just sedans or beaters, some riced out hondas and stuff, so people always kinda trip out about it. And there's a shitload of mustangs around here.

But of course go into another city, like Tacoma, Seattle, etc and its different. And where I live, my area is middle class, but most of the city is ghetto except that one street and this area right here where I live.

And the other really weird thing, is I never see girls in eclipses, maybe 1 out 10, its strange. So I have guys just STARE at me all the time, its fucking annoying as hell. Yet another bonus to window tinting :evillol:

Oh ya, I forgot. My husbands parents live in The Dalles Oregon, middle of nowhere basically. And when we go down there in my car, people freak. I have never seen any sports cars down there, I've only seen like a couple riced hondas and an integra. Its pretty sad, so everyone down there flips over my car. And then its illegal to pump the gas myself, so I have to watch the guy to make sure he puts in premium, pisses me off. I don't trust them at all.

dude...hahahhaa...funny shit...HAHAHAHAHA...this is sorta off the subject...but it was funny as hell..heheheh...yesterday on my break i was going to my g/fs sisters in laws house...hehehe...and right now theres ice and snow everywhere...more ice than snow though...then theres this white eclipse GTS that pulls up to me...i only have a GS by the way...he starts reving and pulls off...i just take my time...cuz theres mad ice out there...and the road that we were on has mad curves...then the dumbass flings around the corner and hits the curb...HAHAHAHAAH...
