I'm still in school, so i'm on a budget, meaning no Borla, was thinking Magnaflow was the best bang for the buck under 400 anyways. Is this so? ... and I want some sound clips of what i buy before i buy it and the only ones magnaflow has of their product is of it on a v8 so does anybody know where i can listen to 3.8L exhaust clips???

dont konw of any, but in my opinion it s not worth it, i know many people have 3.8 with flows, and borla and love em.THough everything ive heard still sounds liek a 3.8 once ur running over 3k. i had the choice of getting flowmasters or exhaust off of a brand new T/A ws6, and i took the TA. A light rumble, nice look of duel exhaust, but i think v6's are best kept quit.

i have an exhaust on my 1996 rs 3.8, i got the magnaflow since a lot of guys on here recommended that, i love it, yes at high rpms it does sound kinda bad, but what do you expect from a sixer. anyways i love it and recommend the magnaflow, plus i heard they get better flow than flowmaster, which is always another plus, dont let the other people get you to believe that you shouldnt put an exhaust on your car, do what you want

WarriorBC, did you go with 2.5" or 3"?

i went with the 2.5 tubing with the 3.5 tips, to me it sounds better with the time i have had it (like it sounds better now than when it was first put on) , maybe thats just me though
