1997 Ignition Lock Needed

Apparently, I need an Ignition Lock for my '97 Grand Am. No one where I'm at has ever heard of that part. (Living in BFE does that). Can someone out there tell me where I could find a new one? I've looked on eBay, but no luck there. I need it soon, or I really might push that car over a cliff. It's very aggrovating.
***Also, does anyone know if there has ever been a recall on those things, it seems like a lot of them are bad.
