Need a new motor

Ok, I am going to be getting me a new motor for my 88 civic dx hatchback. I severely over heated it, not once, but twice. I replaced the head the first time, but I may be better off just buying a whole new engine this time. It is barely running at the moment. Water goes into the 2nd and 3rd cylinder for sure, not sure about #1, because I can't get the plug out, because the head is warped so bad. I have to let pressure off the radiator everytime I kill it, because if I don't, water pours into the cylinders, not allowing it to crank over. I have to drive it though, because it's still getting about 35 mpg, and has about 215,000 miles on it. My truck on the other hand only gets about 6 mpg. So you know why I'm dealing with the problems. Ok, now for my questions.
I have been looking at hmotorsonline, and they have the sohc zc, which is what I'll probably get, but one problem, it's been out of stock (by there website anyway) for a while. Where is another place to get a motor like this, for the same, or somewhat the same price? It needs to include everything this engine does, throttle body, distributor, etc.
Ok, now another question. What all will I have to get after I receive this motor. I have read about the dpfi>mpfi conversion. I think I can do that Ok. But like will I need a new ECU, and other things.
And yet another. Is there anywhere that has an engine where I could just use all existing stuff I have now, and just swap out the engine? not rewiring anything? Please help a poor soul in need.
