2002 LS im locked out! difficult question

HELLO
my 2002 LS has the right rear door locked.wont open from the outside or inside. the childproof lock feature is on, and I would guess the door rod plastic bushing has come off which is keeping me from opening the door from the outside. Question???? How do I get in to fix the door if I cant get the inside panel off??? ANY IDEAS? THANKS

I've never had that problem but I would try taking out the backseat to get to the bottom screws. Push in at the bottom and lift up on the seat to remove. If you've tried that then...good luck.

You are right on, thats exactly how the procedure went, except I just kinda ripped the inside panel off after getting somewhat frustrated. very little damage was done, the complete latch assembly was one piece and had everything including the cable, a little cosly ,but its done thanks
