Driver side door

Hi anyone know if the driver side door can be adjusted on a 95 camaro? If so does the bottom hinge only need to be loosened ? Seems like when I ask the dealer to check it out I'm told the hinge needs replaced but the door dosen't sag when I lift up on it , if it can how difficult is it?

the hole in the hinge might be rounded out they sell kits for it but its like 100 bucks if u know anyone w/ a welder they can weld it up and grind the hole back out
