1994 jetta wiper problems

I need help fast...my wipers started to stop working a while ago and i was running on only the highest speed. Just the other day i lost the high speed and the washer sprayers.....Is this a relay or the switch......help please

Since it died in two stages I wouldn't suspect the fuse (#5). It could be the switch or the relay or the motor. The easiest place to start is by seeing if you get any power to the motor.
