Well, I've never seen an Integra convertible, so you'd have to make up how it would go and do it all by hand. Sounds complicated. A sunroof may be easier.
As for the body kit, what did you have in mind? What did you try to do it with?

How are u going about making your body kit? Maybe i can help??
As for a convertible ITR i think it would look quite cool if done properly.
This is not an ITR but it might give u some ideas and inspiration.

How about making it a targa? IT would be easier and will also look cool...

Patate - are u using the putty and nothing else? if so then thats probably why u are finding it difficult and also ive been told that testor putty is one of the worst available. The way i make my bodykits is by first of all use as much as the original bumpers as posible - u have a choice of 3 (i think??) front bumpers in your kit so use the one that u think will be the easiest to convert. Then modify by cutting away any unnecessary parts to make the openings to produce the basic shape. Onto this u can then build up the structure with piece's of sheet styrene and then u can use the putty to fill any gaps and make the contours of the bumper.
There are some pics of targa ITR someone is making here;

i would think any local hobby shop shoudl carry those nozzles. all of the model masters, testors, and aztec air brushes used the same kinds of nozzles. theyre usually about 9-10 USD
