I Was Told The Air Being Sucked In Was The Upper Intake Leaking, So I Changed The Gasket;that Didn't Help! I Can Hear Air Being Sucked In Through The Emission Hose From The Port In Front Of The Intake Underneath Kinda, The Hose Goes To A Emissions Canister
On The Pass Side Of The Car, It Also Has Electrical Valve In It Too.
Please Help Me!!!!
Thanks

the valve is called a "purge soinoid valve"

thanks for the response on the purge solenoid valve
would that valve have anything to do with the air being sucked in?
please help

That Sound Sounds Like What The Air Pump Is Doing It Just Pumps Fresh Air In To Keep Ememissions Down Have You Checked Your Wires And Plugs??

All cars run rich when cold as they are in open-loop mode (computer is not controlling the engine) but typically you can't smelll it in the exhaust. Have you ever pulled your codes? Go to fordfuelinjection.com and you can learn how and no tools are required beyond a peice of jumper wire and pencil & paper.
If its running rich when warm also then you may have dirty, clogged injectors (runs a few cans of seafoam thru it) or a few may be stuck open (the codes will help determine this) but if you have more than 100k miles on it then you might just want to replace them altogether. They are not bad priced on ebay (get new not used)
On the 93 5.0 you have the pcv valve on the valve cover dumping onto the #8 cylinder I beleive. You need to route that vacum line from the pcv to the vacuum booster line, using a half inch tee (not sure of size) and some new hose, and plug the line going to #8. This will smooth out your idle some.

Ok, thats not true, open loop is when the computer evaluates the information comeing from the sensors to adjust how the car runs, hence open loop, its open to the information recieved. Your thinking of closed loop, in which case the computer has preset tables and fuel maps that the car will run on.
but typically you can't smelll it in the exhaust.
The exaust is probabaly the first place you would smell it because that is where the EXAUST gas goes through.
If its running rich when warm also then you may have dirty, clogged injectors (runs a few cans of seafoam thru it)
If his injectors were clogged or dirty it would cause less fuel to get into the car, not more.
or a few may be stuck open (the codes will help determine this)
An injector can't be stuck open, its fired through an electronic puls and if one was stuck on his car would be on fire due to fuel in the intake.
Ok, now that I'm done with that, there are a couple things that pop into my mind. The MAF is going, it could be shot and make the car automatically run rich, or just going and sending a faulty signal. You should check the voltage your sending like how you would to set your TPS, I'm sure what the volt range should be but I'm sure someone here does. If that doesn't work, I would say you definealty have a bad gasket, throttle body maybe? you already replaced the intake gasket so thats very unlikely. You can test for leaks by putting water over places where the gasket are to see if it bubble or anything, if that doesn't work I say check the vacuum lines the same way. Hope this helped somewhat, let us know how things turn out.
