Will an EG(92-95) or EK(96-00) steering wheel fit right up to my steering rack? Any one done this before?
And does anyone know how to disarm and take out the airbag portion from the junkyard so I don't trigger something while removing it? And pics of one in there civ?

yeah, but it will fit on the steering column better. As long as the battery us unhooked it wont go off.

Sorry, I just need it to replace my std one. I meant for it to match the splines on the column? Are there more on the newer ones? Any gaps when u stick it on?
And how do get that airbag outta there and put everything back together? This is my biggest concern.

It will fit. You should be able to either pop the cover off or take screws out of the back to get the cover off, then unbolt it and unplug it, then remove the retaining nut and use a steering wheel puller to get it off. Sell the air bag on ebay, install opposite of removal

You could get a SiR steering wheel, one without an airbag: http://store.yahoo.com/yhst-1408381693991/jdmeg6ci92953.html

The airbag is the middle of the steering wheel, would look funny without it

Okay, that clears some things up. But getting it in black color is going to be hard since they're mostly grey.
Does any have any pics of one installed?

EGs steering wheel will sit up to the column different. Kinda hard to explain, but the EF one sits about even with the bolt, while the EG one goes inside..
HAHA.. I can't explain it. I had one for an EG and got rid of it because it was all fawked up on my EF.

It's just when I got my steering wheel at the yard off an lx 4-door (same as the si wheel), I noticed it was leaning more to the right when I was driving in a straight line. Sure enough, when I put back on my std one, it was staight when I was going straight. So I took the lx one apart and discovered that where the circular metal piece with all the splines on it was not welded straight on the steering wheel itself. So it makes my steering and alignment look way off when driving.
