OMG have you guys seen the new gauges? They're insane. Everything you could possibly think of in a gauge and more. Just go to the site and check them out. http://hp.autometer.com/products/nexus/index.html
Autometer is also coming out with these nice ass accelerometer gauges called D-PIC. They're like a G-Tech Pro if you know what that is but even better AND IN A GAUGE! http://www.boostcontroller.com/display_page.php?i=34
The only problem with the new gauges is they're VERY EXPENSIVE. You can pre-order the boost gauge for $250. Yes two hundred and fifty fuckin dollars!

Both have been out for a while now... I forget who makes the boost controller gauge but I was looking at it a while ago.
I dont like the new autometer gauges, I'll still with my C2 gauges.

The Nexus gauges aren't out yet. You can only pre-order them right now. They will be released in late January 05. They were debuted at SEMA.
Boost controller gauge?
For the price there are probobly better choices right now but if you could get a used one soon. I would take that in a second. Anyone know how much the acceleromter d-pic gauges will be?

the boost controller guage is by power enterprises. it is a electric boost guage with a profec b style electronic boost controller built in. its cool it has a max boost knob on the face of the guage and a peak boost led and peak boost memory recall. unfortunately the cheapest i've seen it is like 450 which is way out of my range.
BTW it was in the project sylvia in SCC mag (Sport Compact Car)

Hey does anyone have these gauges or any reviews or info on them? If these gauges are accurate then they seem like a very good deal. That's just what im looking for. I want gauges that I can match to the stock gauge cluster and if I decide to get the blue reverse indiglo ones then I can just swith the color to match the new cluster. Anyone got any night pics of these too? Oh, they're called SPW X7's and they are about $52 on ebay incl. shipping.

Hey, I just checked that site and the base price of a boost gauge is $98. That's kind of expensive for me. So no one has any experience with these SPW gauges?

Ok guys I just received some info from a buddy about the nexus gauges. I guess he has been talking to a rep from Autometer lately! Personally I am not a fan of their style but I like the datalogging capability!
We've been talking about these for a few months now, and I just wanted you to see the e-mail I received from an Autometer Sales rep today concerning release date and price:
"Dear Sir,
The Nexus gauge series is currently scheduled for a February release. As
we get closer to then, the release date will become more firm. Please
feel free to check back with me via email for updates.
As for pricing, the individual gauges with senders will sell for
approximately $199-249.00 each. The Sensor Module and Remote is sold as
a kit for approximately $199. This is required for Nexus gauge
operation.
The initial lineup is for the following 7 gauges:
6455: Water Temp (100-260)
6459: Boost/Vac (30 In. Hg. / 30 PSI)
6445: EGT (0-2,000)
6453: Oil Pressure (0-100 PSI)
6456: Oil Temperature (140-300)
6474: Nitrous Pressure (0-1600)
6463: Fuel Pressure (100 PSI)
6400: Sensor Module + Remote Control
We have tentative plans to offer additional instruments, but these will
be finalized and announced in the coming months. The first of which
will likely be a tachometer to be available in the early Spring of 2005.
Sincerely,
Marc Erickson"
