32 v caddy vs. 4.0 aurora

You guys are awesome. I am a newcomer , and I was wondering what is needed to go from a 4.0 to the caddy 4.6 as far as changes in electonics and computer etc? I know the only difference is the bore of the cylinders and not the stroke, so is everything on my aurora up to speed for an exchange? The reason for asking is that I have access to a 4.6 caddy engine... Thanks, Olds forever!
