I've been noticing my teg sits a little crooked. Its lower on the left side of the car instead of being level. I was wondering, is it because I drive by myself often and it weighs down the left side? I was thinking maybe because i only drive by myself, I wear down the left springs more and thats why the left side of the car is lower.(???) Is it just me or has anyone else notices this? I dont think it sat like this when I bought it. This is the only reason I can think of as why it sits crooked. What do you guys think?

A couple of real basic things that have faked out people before:

1) Are you SURE that you're looking at it on a level surface? Check with a carpenter's level.

2) Have you checked your tire pressure lately? Remeber to measure them when they are cold (<1 mile of driving).

It is sitting in my garage, so it is relatively level. But here's what I did to measure, I measured the distance between the top of the back left tire and the wheel well (where the body starts) and compared it with the distance between the wheel well and back right tire. There is a difference of at least an inch. That been said, do you guys think its the springs?

if the ground isnt level, then your measurement wont mean dick.

your motor is on the left side, its heavier than the transmission witch is on the right.
you can get some coilovers and adjust them at different hights so that your car is level.
BTW all cars dont sit exactly level thats why corner weight is important in racing,
hope this helps
