My car is stored in an underground basement at the moment but I start the engine about once every 2 weeks. Before when I first try to start my engine a clicking sound occurs. The 2nd time I try the engine will start. As time passes and the more I start my car it eventually takes longer and more tries to start. The battery lights and everything are on.

I'm thinking the wires or maybe the starter?

is the battery charged? If you are just starting it and shutting it off, after awhile the battery will be run down. To avoid this when you start it let it run for a little while to charge the battery.

If the battery is fully charged then your starter may be going.

Thanks for the help guys I will check all electrical parts in my car like the battery, starter and alternator.
Before I stored my car, I would idle on a red light sometimes and it would fell like my engine is gonna shut down due to I think lack of voltage. I think somehow these 2 problems are related.
