what are uncommon mods to the engine

uncommon meaning like not i/h/e or turbo, other stuff like cams or rods stuff like that

-cams
-cam gears
-pistons
-fuel rail

stroker kits, deckplate welding, sequential shifters, dry sump oil systems, rocker bridging, extreme 5 angle valve jobs, nitro methane fueling, direct port injection conversions, individual throttle bodies...hmm... cant think of any more
