I Have a 70 olds Cutlass 350 engine. I did a tune up this weekend and changed the points, cap , rotor. Now i get no spark to the plugs. I tried 2 coil wires and 2 different coils and still no spark. Anyone have any idea's.. I put back on all the old parts also. The car was running great 20 minutes prior to the tuneup.

Thanks

Did you gap the points?

Yes, reset them twice once at 16 deg and again at 19 deg

have you checked the point gap, made sure your condenser and all have proper ground and so forth. all this will help. i have a '69 cutlass 350 engine on the ground if you need the distributor. make sure that all your wires are plugged in and that you didn't pull anything loose by accident.
