Mini-Me swap, a D15 Block + 1.6 Vtech head.

HI everybody, Once again I have I terrible thing to solve. I'm tinking about a D15 block + a 1.6 single cam v-tech head, but I heard the block will not handdle the head. Is that true? I want to know wich ones are the goods and the bads side of doing that kind of swaps.

Someone recomended me to buy a D16 block and add the head I have, so I will completly have a single cam 1.6 V-tech.

PLS Help me out on this one..... What do you think?
