Timing Belt Cover / Tension pulley mount

Hello and thanks for your help in advance! I'm stuck getting the passenger side upper timing belt cover off of my 98 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2L. It appears that there is one bolt still holding the cover behind the engine belt tension pulley mounting.

My question is how to get the tension pulley mounting off. I have removed two bolts from the mount, but it still will not move. Am I missing something? Do I try to remove the hex nut on front of the mount? Do I remove the alternator as well?

Thanks again!

I got it off. The allen wrench bolt in the center of the mount needed to come out. It was seized up tight. I had to use a small sledge on the allen wrench to break it loose. The second bolt I mentioned in my original post did not need to come off. I am finishing it up tomorrow morning ... Hooray! Thanks to those who looked and thought about replying. I will definitely try to answer any questions in this forum regarding Isuzu Rodeo or Honda CRX in the future. This is a great resource for crazy do-it-yourselfers like myself.
