need help NFSU2. stage 3

cant figure how to get to stage 3, i did all stage 1 races and stage 2 races under world map. there's no more races left on explore mode. how do i get to stage 3 4 and 5? help soon as possible please. i have ps2 if you need to know. thanks

I had this problem, you have to get all the DVD covers by getting your car's visual rating up, you have to do this to get onto the next stage, if you press down on explore mode and go along to dvd unlocks you will see which one's you need to get.

yea, all you have to do really is put the highest star rated parts on your car, like ugly ass body kits and etc.. you can change all back once you unlock stage 3 so don't worry. btw, anyone here play online?
