If you think you have it bad... I think this girl may have it worse then a lot of us. I know I have it pretty good compared to this girl and her family. So please take your loved ones into consideration end any feuds etc. Life is short and you never know when and if your next to go.

People die unexpectedly.It's inescapable.
Being nice to family on the off chance that they might cark it is not an adequate reaon.
Being nice to family on the near-certainty that you will have to be around them for an undetermined length of time makes far more sense.

'Do You Realize - that everyone you know
Someday will die -
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know
You realize that life goes fast
It's hard to make the good things last
You realize the sun doesn't go down
It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round '

I dont have it bad. Honestly, I have it far better than a whole lot of people. One reason why I never take anything for granted.
While I feel bad for the girl, it's not like she's the only one that this has happened to. There are probably hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people who lose their entire families every year. And those don't ever make the news.
Silver_GTR, its not insurance and death it's taxes and death.

The point is plain simple. If you can see it you are just plain stupid. I am not even going to explain.

Buddy, given the current situation of millions of people around the Indian Ocean right now, I think it's you that's missed the point.
While you're quite right that the story is tragic, their are now hundreds of thousands of families in the Eastern Hemisphere that have not only lost their loved ones, they have also lost all their worldly possessions.

Yeah, what about the 77,000 peopole dead by the Indian ocean? Yes, the story is tragic, and saddening, but think about, death is inevitable. Some, may come to the light sooner than others, which is unfortunate, but death cannot be escaped. Death is not as tragic as one may view it to be. Think about it, death is merely the exhaustion of the human, and all, organs to the point in which they cannot function, so they cease to function. Once you realise that death is inevitable, you actually start living life, rather than worrying, "What is death?" or "When will it happen?"
Cause the sad truth is, quite a few people die each day, and they don't make the news. Just because she was the unlucky pick to have her family taken prematurly (Sp?) by human inperfection, and independance of thought, doesn't mean she is less fortunate than any of the 77,000 people dead in the Eastern Hemisphere, nor the 1,000,000 some-odd people homeless/family-less....
that's their point. And my 2 cents too.

By the way, its now up to 117,000 people dead. Also... 888,000 are left with nothing but their close on their backs and what they could grab on their way out!
