Q's about Universal seats

i want to get some racing seats i checked ebay and looks like all of the ones i seen are universal ones. does that mean im gonna have to drill nes holes for the new seat bracket things? anyone know where i can get a direct bolt on for a 90 crx for a decent price? and does anyone know what other honda or acura seats that will bolt on directly? thanks
