Electrical Problem

I've been having a problem with my headlights in my 03 Coupe. I have replaced the bulbs 3 times now, twice on my passenger side, once on my driver side. I had problems with my tail lights (also went out 3 times) but the dealer fixed that and said it was the fault of the sockets. Every time I replace my light bulbs, they blow about a day or two later (this last time the light bulb actually exploded!). If anyone has any insight, please help me!

This may sound strange, and of course I'm no expert on this matter, but it's worth a try. Try not to touch the glass on any of the bulbs with your bare hands. Use rubber gloves or soft clean cotton gloves. I have heard that any oil from your fingers or dirt on the bulbs may sometimes cause them to explode when they get hot. Just my 2 cents.

^^^ thats a start. But only on the halogen driving lights you only need to worry about that. Regular brake lights that dosn't matter...
