Help!!

I have a 95 with 197k. The speedometer and cruse control do not work most of the time, and when the speedometer try’s to work it causes the car to down shift. Also it will not shift out of first if it is cold. This is an automatic transmission. We have already replaced the speed sensor and now do not know where to look. Any suggestions??

There Are 2 Speed Sensors , One On Pass. Side Front Axle And One Behind The Dashon The Back Side Of The Gauges Assembly
