Hey Boss Enthusiasts I need a little help.
My buddy came across an add in the local classifieds for 2 1970 Boss 302 engines. One being an original with about 20,000 upon removal and the other is a NOS short block with cylinder heads, never been assembled, or fired.....it's brand new, just been sitting for 30 plus years. It an amazing find and very rare to come across such items. I've taken pictures of the NOS engine take a peek, http://homepage.mac.com/creativefusion/boss302
I listed the New 302 on eBay for $6,000, where I got a ton of views and interested parties but no buyers. Am I asking too much or am I in the right neighborhood and just need to find the right buyer who truely values a rare find like this?
Thoughts/Comments are welcome....thanks. Are there other sites out there where I should list these items? We're trying to sell both engines.
