Any tips on installing a silvertop 4age

I plan on installing a silvertop 4age in my 88 nova. I know that it will mount right in on the mounting brackets. The car has a 4alc engine it right now that is being totaly crap tastic. The nova had 2 engines in it in 88, 4alc or redtop us 4age. Will my automatic transmission bolt up to the silver top? I plan on buying a motor set, so it will come with ecu, harness, and air box with sensor. Other than that what else will I need to do or fabricate? I know i will have to install fuel lines and a pump and filter.
