I would suggest first going into your high schools weight room (if allowed) and look for a workout schedule that the football team uses and go off it. If not allowed, try to find out all the lifts from someone who already lifts and try to lift with them. Football training includes a good bit of running, but you can always add alittle more if its weight loss youre really after. This will be easier than asking for specific lifts here, as you will hear of many different lifts, some of which a high school gym may not have machines for or some of which you might not know what the hell it is. If you cant find anything there, come back here and there will be plenty of people willing to lend some advice on what lifts to do.
Good luck.

Yeah man, "a hol06" is right. Try going to the high school's weight room. If that doesnt work, enroll urself in the local gym. 24hour Fitness or Balle's is good. There might be other gyms in ur area, try it out.

Ride a bike, i used to be a fat bastard ( to put it nicely) then i started biking a mile every saturday and sunday when i had the day off, i lost that fat in no time, also if you get the bus to college/ work, bike there instead, it works, then work out a schedule of weights lifting, push ups and sit ups ( only do how many you feel comfortable with though don't try and push yourself to do too much).
Hope this helps :grinyes:
