92 eclipse gs wont start

my brothers 92 eclipse gs wont start, it was about -20 degrees and the car didn't start it cranks over, i went a tried to help him figure out what is wrong and no luck. it cranks over fine, the injectors work, it gets gas. it gets spark, could the spark plugs be bad cause it was flooded out but they still spark, burned off the gas and cleaned the plugs still wont start it gets air, the timing belt is good the, valves are good, any ideas??? some kind of sensor???? timing off???? :banghead: got some ideas of what else to check :sly:

probably the battery is just too low. charge the battery good and if that doesnt fix it then its either your starter or your timing. but im thinking that its a battery since you didnt mention changing anything on the car before it didnt start.

its a brand new battery that was the first thing changed because the old one didnt have much cold cranking amps and its charged
