O2 sensor Curcuit High Volts

I got error code P0152 O2 Sensor Circuit High Volts on bank 2 sensor 1. I am going to take out that sensor and clean it. Then install it and see what happens. What does the Circuit High Volts mean anyway? I was told that it was just a dirty sensor and that the readings are hosed up. Does anybody have a better idea?

Today I cleaned the O2 sensor and let it warm up to operating temp. It runs normally now.
