97 explorer installing streetglow LEDs

Does anyone know where the alarm light wire in the dashboard is? I'm trying to install a green StreetGlow alarm LED Scanner "I-design". Also, what would I connect the (+) 12 volt wire to? And the (-) grounding wire...
