95 monte headlight adjustment

hey guys, just needing to know how to adjust the headlights on my 95 monte carlo. the passenger is fine, but it almost looks like the driver side is nonexistent, but, in fog i can see it facing the passenger side of the road.

There are screws on top and on the bottom of the headlights: loosen or tighten as needed until straight.
Hint: Park you car facing a building or garage door about 12 feet away-Then you can see exactly where your healights point. Then pop your hood and start adjusting until they are straight ahead and parallel with the ground
