Thinking of replacing entire dash

Hey all; I've been thinking of replacing some parts of the interior of my '69 RS convertible. The original dash is in good condition and all the gauges work, but I'd like to change it a bit. The car also has the center console removed and a B & M ratchet installed in place (that is staying).
I found replacement dashes on the covansclassics.com site, part 110-69-50004 or 50024 (these are for the different gauge styles; still thinking on the difference between the carbon fiber finish or the basic black one. I like the way it looks, and that it adds all the gauges in one basic area, and from what I can gather, attaching the electrical harnesses will be a cinch (taking out the dash will be a nightmare, if the experience of removing the one on my wife's 240Z is any indication, but I'm prepared for that since this is MY car). I also plan to replace the original steering wheel with the walnut three-prong style one found on NPR, and try to find a center console that will fit around the shifter, though all I can find at this time are the powerglide ones, and I'm really not a fan of it. (I'd also like a pony.......)
What I can't find are pictures of the covan's dash already in the car. Anyone here ever replace the gauge panel, or have need of a decent setup once I get it out the car?
