Car Quest Trouble

After going to this store Carquest has lost a customer I will never go to that store again. The manager told me to my face he has customers that buy 10000 dollars worth of parts and he does not have the time to deal with me and I do not buy enough parts to make it worth
His time I am on my third alternator 1st one I never took off the counter it was missing a part and would not spin 2nd alternator failed in rush hour traffic voltage would drop 3rd alternator
Fails to put out enough amps to run both heaters in my van. Last night I stopped to buy heater hoses for my van and talk to him about this problem I am having with this alternator I asked if they had a 140 amp alternator first to get away from the model I was getting and hoping to put a end to my trouble. He told me they did not have one I could return the one I have and he would not give my core back .If I go to buy one any were else it is going to cost me more about more dollars because of this. All I am asking is to be treated fairly doing business with him is impossible.Also my 3rd alternator is very noisy.I have e-mailed corp.with no return any body have corps phone number????

dont know abuot the phone but look in youre local phone book you might be abel to find a place that rebuilds alternators and starters they are usualy fairly cheap plus you might be abel to get the internals upgraded to a 140 amp plus try this put duel bateries in youre van its pretty simple . if you need a diagram let me know

Been waiting for carquest to contact me I just think they do not care about me or my problem with there store manager.I would walk miles out of way not to go there again....

Had a simillar problem in tenn. with a company called auto zone bought rebuilt 350 motor for my 86 suberban, they sent the wrong one and i didnt realize it untill i was putting intake on. called them and they said no way, short story they sent engine for fuel injection heads, my best advise ask them for the number, call corporate head quarters and bitch like hell, and keep bitching until you are satisfied. these parts companys dont want bad publicity, also make sure u tell them about the managers attitude. if he wont give you the number ask anouther store in the area. if they wont give it to u dial 1-800-555-1212 thats 800 info they are probly listed there. good luck and dont let the bastards get you down!
