Help!!! Radiator fluid in floor.....99 Chief 2.5

I have coolant/radiator fluid in the floor on the passenger side. I doesn't leak all the time, but then I haven't driven it much since it happened. I have heard it is the hearter core, and that makes sense since it doesn't cool or heat well now. Takes forever to just get warm. What do you think?????

Yea, everyone says so. Is this a hard repair? Also, I wonder if I could flush or put some stop leak type of fluid for heating systems in there for a fix................thanks for the info

Not for this puppy, I have two prices; 180 and 290. I don't have a shop manual and am going to buy a book at an automotive shop today

the 2000 manual should help you with the 1999.
