FYI
I have a 2002 Grand Caravan and the Front windshield washer would not work.
I replaced it myself (not Too Bad), It's behind the Right Front Fender Wheel Well shield.
Jack up and remove Right front Wheel (use a Jack Stand). Remove 3 Push Button Pins (use a Large Screwdriver and pry under Shield and Pin) that hold the Wheel Well to the Inside of the Chassis and remove 2 Phillips Screws that hold the Wheel Well to the Outside of the Fender. Pull the Wheel Well Cover back and the Front Windshield Pump is the Outboard one/ Inboard Pump is for the Rear Washer. I bought a new one @ Dodge for $44.00, Disconnect the Harness Connector by lifting up the Red Lock Tab and pushing in the Gray/ Black Connector Tab to remove the Connector from the Pump.
The pump is Locked in at the top with a round tab off the pump, Twist and Gently Pull out the top of the Pump. The pump is only pushed into a Grommet and Pulls out to replace. I removed the Grommet/ Screen and blew with Air to clean and Reinstalled into Washer Resivoir. $150- $200 at the Dealer at least. Do it Yourself.
