Injector problems-'98 Aurora

I have a '98 Aurora with 110,000 miles. Overall, it has been an excellent car. I replaced an injector at 92,000 miles. I now have another bad injector. My question is----Is this the typical mileage for Aurora injectors to be worn out? I am wondering if I should just replace the other 7 at this time, or just do one now. Thanks for any input on experiences you have had with these injectors.

If it were mine, I would replace all of them, nothing worse than going back and doing the same thing over. It would probably give you better MPG and performance if you could afford all.

Have a dead cylinder with good spark and compression. No fuel, so thus the miss. Exact same thing as the last bad injector at 92,000 miles. I did the plugs and wires at the same time as the injector.
