AC Eliminator Kits?

I want one the shorter serpintine belt I was trying smokes and squaks so I put the OE one back. Reason I want to , I hate the sound of the AC compressor bearings (sounds like a sick supercharger) and a lil bit more power and I can live without AC its freaking cold up here why do I need it? I cant find any eliminator kits can you guys help me?
