I have a 89 Century Limited

How do you remove the door panel to access the Lock Actuator and Window Motor. I tried pulling on the the bottom at the front of both doors but it seems like they broke when I pulled them so I left them alone. Are there snaps there, if so how to I remove them. Also, how hard would I be to change the Lock actuator and window motor or should I take it to Buick?

Are you sure you need the replacement parts? In my case, it was not the window motor, but the wires. My mechanic - not the dealer - has diagnosed and fixed the window lights wiring in both front doors in less than 45 minutes.
However, if you're sure about the parts, why not consider letting a body shop pull the panels off. If you ask, the shop would most likely even tell you how to put them back in place.

First , remove the two large screws in the handle of the door, hidden behind two plastic tabs. The door is attached with plastic anchors, pry the door panel away from the door with a screwdriver, flatbar, or buy that special panel removal tool, screwdriver shaped with v on the end. I usually tear a few of these plastic anchors away from the panel, duct tape helps here. Also a small screw behind the door lock plunger, and one on the top triangle piece. Can you tell I've done this a few times? Once the panel is loose, pull up to remove, inside window channel stays with the door panel. Forgot about the door lock actuator, sort of snaps off, and the power window assembly, have to see that part to take it off.

Does it work the same way for 96 Century, please? I am thinking mine has a window motor problem. In the beginning, the window went down easy but I had to press "up" several times. Every time the window went up a little and had to take a rest before it went up again. Now it is compeletely dead. After removing the handle, I could feel the motor is still hot. Does this happen to be one of your reasons to do it several times?
