01 Alero, need help.

Ok, wife has a 01 2.4L alero. Car ran fine yesterday, went to start it this morning, it does'nt. Engine rotates, fuel pump buzzies, but it wont start. Played with it for a little while, found it starts and immediatly dies if the brake pedel is pressed to the floor when turning the key. I have swaped around relays, still won't stay running. What gives?
If it's any help it also has the usual Vehicle service light, trac, abs lights on. any ideas anyone?


Update: I hooked up a auto scanner. Vehicle showed No codes, all MILS indicate ready. No I am even more perplexed.

i dont want to make a fun of you, but do you start immediately after pressing the keyless opening key?

dont have keyless or passlock. only options are power locks, cruise and auto tranny.

never mind, it was a battary post.

what do i do with a car i am making ridiculous payments on and can no longer afford to. i am getting ripprd off monthly. i am paying almost 500 a month for this 01 alero. i still owe thousands. i dont want it to be repossessed-- again!
do i have options?
