SES and initial takeoff

Just bought a 1999 silverado when I take off from stop the truck kinda jump like it is trying to spin the tires, but when I am driving it does fine when I push the gas. Got a SES about two days ago and got the code checked at autozone and got a PO 0171 lean left bank.

Any help would be appreiciated this is my first chevy truck
