I'm new to fords altogether but if its like any of my chevy's than thats call a weep hole and it mean the main seal in the pump is bad and it need to be rebuilt or replaced. But i could be wrong it is a ford and i have no working knowledge of them. Good luck.

If you use radiator sealer you run the risk of plugging up your heater core which will cost a lot more to replace then a water pump and the water pump will have to be replaced sooner or later anyway since a sealer isn't a permanent repair. Do yourself a favor and just replace the water pump. It's something you can do yourself.

JUST REPLACE IT... GOSH!! lol, just messin around... I 3rd that motion. Dont waste your time with a sealer. Ever wish you did something right the first time?.....
