Tracker bogs down

Hello-

Any help would be appreciated..... I recently purchased a '96 Geo Tracker. The previous owner let the gas tank rust and eventually allowed contamination of the the fuel system. Before selling it he replaced the following:

Fuel Tank
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Injectors
Pressure Regulator
Engine Control Module


Now, it seems to run fine and cranks up. The only problem is, if you quickly step on the accelerator the engine bogs down, and at times stalls completely out. If you step on the accelerator slowly the engine revs up what would seem to be normal. Its just if you "pump" the pedal it begins to stall out.
